Dracula - Bram Stoker - Review
What better time of year to dive into a classic like Bram Stoker's Dracula than in October? What better Halloween treat
could be there be?
Actually, there's probably not many out there over the age of 15 that haven't seen and heard this story so many times, in so many different variations that there is little in the original story that will surprise, much less scare.
Still, it's a wonderful classic, and I honestly don't think I've actually read this before. It's kind of hard to know, because all of the different media versions and stories start blending together after you reach a certain age. And this is one of the few books that has been made into a movie that is fairly representative of the original story.
So if you haven't already read this one, you should. But do yourself a favor and wait until Halloween, in a dimly lit room, with a fire in the fireplace, and rain beating on the windows, with the wolves howling in the distance....
